About the Role We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in embedded systems to join our team. This role involves leading engineering teams and developing scalable systems. Key Responsibilities • Lead engineering teams and mentor developers • Design and implement software solutions for embedded systems • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality • Build and manage automated CI/CD pipelines • Integrate firmware components and work with Wi-Fi silicon vendors Requirements • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, embedded systems, or gateway development • Strong hands-on expertise in C/C++ and Python • Practical experience with OpenWrt, RDK-B, hostapd, and mac80211 • Deep knowledge of Wi-Fi 6/6E/7, 802.11 protocols, mesh networking, and network stack development • Hands-on experience with Wireshark and RF debugging • Experience with EasyMesh, band steering, and 802.11k/v/r roaming • Technical leadership experience
