About the Role We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Generative AI and Platform Engineering to join our team. This role involves hands-on technical leadership in implementing GenAI solutions and transitioning prototypes into production. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development of Generative AI solutions • Design and implement platform engineering solutions • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams • Ensure high-quality software development and deployment Requirements • 8+ years of Software Engineering experience • Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or Java • Expertise in Software Architecture, Design & Full SDLC • Proficiency in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs & RAG • Experience with API Development, Microservices & Distributed Systems • Knowledge of Cloud-Native Application Development • Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD & DevOps • Experience with Automated Testing and Production Deployment Benefits • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Generative AI technologies • Hybrid work model with 3 days onsite per week • 12 Months W2 contract
