About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead / Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in backend engineering, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and AI-assisted software development. Key Responsibilities • Expert-level programming skills in Golang (Go) and Python • Strong backend development experience with Node.js • Design and develop scalable, highly available distributed systems and microservices • Hands-on expertise in AWS, Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift • Infrastructure automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible • CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation • Event-driven architecture using Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS, and fault-tolerant design patterns • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor • Knowledge of LLM integrations, RAG, embeddings, and agentic workflows using MCP • Lead technical design, architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering teams Requirements • 8–10 Years of experience • US healthcare insurance/payer domain experience, including claims, enrollment, benefits, or provider networks • Knowledge of HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, or X12 EDI standards • Client-facing technical consulting experience • Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills
