About the Role We are looking for a hands-on technical leader to design, build, and own production cloud environments. This role combines cloud engineering, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, deployment, and reliability engineering to support enterprise applications and microservices. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and operate secure, scalable Azure and AWS environments • Provision and manage production Kubernetes platforms, including AKS or EKS • Build infrastructure as code and automate configuration and deployments • Improve CI/CD pipelines, observability, incident response, and disaster recovery • Lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, and partner with development, systems, and networking teams • Document architectures, runbooks, and recovery procedures Requirements • 10+ years in cloud engineering, SRE, or production infrastructure, including 2+ years in a Lead, Staff, or Principal role • Hands-on Azure and AWS experience, with production Kubernetes ownership • Strong Terraform and experience with tools such as Helm, Ansible, Packer, ARM, and Docker • PowerShell and shell scripting skills • Experience with CI/CD, microservices, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Kibana • Experience with identity and SSO integrations, production incident response, and DR testing • A track record of personally building and owning production environments • Authorization to work in Canada and availability for the Mississauga hybrid schedule
