About the Role We are seeking a Lead SRE/Observability Engineer for a 12-month project. This role requires expertise in FedRAMP High or IL-5 environments and proficiency with Splunk. Key Responsibilities • Implement and maintain observability solutions using Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and other tools • Ensure system reliability and performance in high-security environments • Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and Kubernetes • Develop automation scripts in Python, Go, Ruby, and Bash Requirements • Must have experience working in FedRAMP High or IL-5 environments • Strong knowledge of Splunk (Enterprise and Cloud) and related observability tools • Experience with distributed tracing and monitoring systems • Proficiency with AWS, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Benefits • Opportunity to work on critical infrastructure projects • Chance to work with cutting-edge observability technologies
