About the Role We are seeking a Learning Solutions Architect to design and support end-to-end corporate learning programs. This role requires expertise in adult learning principles and blended learning approaches. Key Responsibilities • Design and support end-to-end corporate learning programs • Provide learning consultation, performance consulting, and needs analysis • Manage stakeholders, external learning vendors, and negotiations • Develop learning roadmaps and evaluate learning effectiveness • Implement learning solutions for onboarding and compliance Requirements • 8–10 years of experience in corporate Learning & Development • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning • Experience in learning consultation, performance consulting, and needs analysis • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, Word, and intermediate Excel • Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot Benefits • Competitive pay range of $42–60/hr • 13-month contract opportunity • Opportunity to work in a hybrid model with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote
