About the Role We are seeking an experienced M365 Collaboration Architect to join our team. This role involves engineering and supporting collaboration platforms and productivity tools used by clinical, research, and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities • Administer and optimize collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom/Webex, room systems, and related integrations. • Troubleshoot user, meeting, device, calling, calendar, and interoperability issues across collaboration services. • Implement policies, retention, governance, security, access, guest collaboration, and compliance controls. • Support migrations, enhancements, feature rollouts, adoption campaigns, and operational readiness. • Develop runbooks, user guidance, service metrics, and automation for repeatable administration tasks. Requirements • 10+ years of experience in collaboration platforms and productivity tools. • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, identity/access basics, scripting, governance, troubleshooting, and change management. • Experience with healthcare communication needs.
