About the Role We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer to join our team at IBM. This role requires strong expertise in various mainframe technologies and healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, VSAM, IMS DB/DC, DB2 for z/OS, and REXX • Work with healthcare member enrollment and lifecycle systems • Ensure HIPAA/EDI compliance in all developments • Own end-to-end SDLC for mainframe projects Requirements • 10+ years of experience in mainframe development • Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, VSAM, IMS DB/DC, DB2 for z/OS, and REXX • Experience with healthcare member enrollment/lifecycle systems • Understanding of HIPAA/EDI compliance • End-to-end SDLC ownership experience
