About the Role We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to support the NJ Department of the Treasury’s DORES Taxation ITS Upgrade initiative, including STAY NJ, ANCHOR, and Senior Freeze projects. Key Responsibilities • Support the DORES Taxation ITS Upgrade initiative • Work on STAY NJ, ANCHOR, and Senior Freeze projects • Maintain and integrate legacy applications • Handle data feeds and technical documentation • Troubleshoot production issues, job failures, and system abends Requirements • 8+ years of experience with mainframe development • 5+ years of experience with COBOL development • 5+ years of experience with JCL development and job scheduling • 3+ years of experience with NATURAL / ADABAS • 5+ years of experience with TSO/ISPF or similar mainframe tools • 3+ years of experience with AFP, PAGEDEF, FORMDEF, and OVERLAY • Strong experience in batch and online mainframe applications • Experience with legacy application maintenance, integrations, data feeds, and technical documentation Benefits • Opportunity to work on government taxation systems
