About the Role We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Engineer with strong IBM z/OS infrastructure and systems programming expertise to join our team. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions for IBM z/OS infrastructure • Manage SMP/E software installation, customization and deployment • Maintain Mainframe Storage Infrastructure including DFSMS, HSM, and SMS • Utilize UNIX System Services (USS), Zowe, and z/OSMF • Develop and maintain programs using REXX, COBOL, JCL, SAS, ISPF, or CLIST Requirements • 10+ years of IBM Mainframe / z/OS experience • Strong hands-on DB2 for z/OS experience • Expertise in SMP/E software installation, customization and deployment • Knowledge of Mainframe Storage Infrastructure (DFSMS, HSM, SMS) • Experience with UNIX System Services (USS), Zowe and z/OSMF • Programming/Scripting skills in REXX, COBOL, JCL, SAS, ISPF or CLIST • IBM Specialist (System z) certification • Excellent communication and technical leadership skills Preferred • Retail industry experience, especially large enterprise environments
