About the Role We are looking for a Mainframe Performance & Capacity Planning Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing mainframe performance and capacity. Key Responsibilities • Manage IBM Mainframe and z/OS Performance • Expertise in SMF, RMF, WLM, and Parallel Sysplex • Performance Monitoring, Capacity Planning & Performance Tuning • Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, PowerPivot & Charts • Strong analytical skills, data visualization, and reporting • Working knowledge of JCL, DB2, CICS, and batch processing Requirements • 10+ Years of experience in Mainframe Performance & Capacity Planning • Experience with MICS, SmartIS, IBM SCRT, REXX/Python, and DevOps is a plus • Excellent communication and presentation skills
