Location: Remote Duration: 1+ Year Rate: Open C2C Visa : GC/ USC/ GC EAD/ H4 EAD Submit Resume & LinkedIn ID to [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] Key Responsibilities • Analyze system requirements and translate them into high quality test plans. • Execute those plans. • Collect test results and store in JIRA / Qtest • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams to ensure alignment on project goals and technical approaches. • Strong understanding of Agile SDLC methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within complex, large-scale mainframe environments. Preferred Qualifications • ISTQB • CSTP • CAT • 5+ years of Banking/Financial Services/Insurance Domain functional testing experience
