About the Role We are looking for an experienced Mainframe System / Network Architect to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role requires strong expertise in IBM z/OS, mainframe networking, and infrastructure architecture. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement mainframe system and network architecture • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities • Perform performance tuning and optimization • Maintain system integrity and security Requirements • Expertise in IBM z/OS System Programming & System z Architecture • Strong knowledge of Mainframe Networking: SNA, VTAM, TCP/IP, OSA • Experience with Sysplex, LPAR, SMP/E, HCD, IOCP & PARMLIB • Skills in Performance Tuning, WLM, Disaster Recovery & High Availability
