About the Role We are looking for an experienced MDM Engineer to join our team at Techment. This role involves working with Semarchy xDM to manage master data and ensure data quality across systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement MDM data models, entities, and validations • Develop steward screens and match/merge rules for data cleansing • Implement fuzzy and deterministic matching algorithms • Manage survivorship, blocking, and similarity measures • Optimize PostgreSQL databases and SQL queries • Integrate data between MDM and source systems • Maintain Semarchy xDM environments across development and production • Build CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments • Test matching rules and build customer hierarchies • Collaborate with business and technical teams on requirements Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Platforms • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Semarchy xDM • Strong expertise in MDM data modeling and data quality • Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL • Experience with data integration and replication • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices • Ability to work with business users and technical teams Good to Have • Snowflake administration experience • Fivetran and Salesforce integrations • .NET or Node.js experience • B2B or membership data management • Cloud services and serverless functions
