About the Role We are looking for an experienced MDM Engineer to build and run a Master Data Management platform on Semarchy xDM for our client’s Data & Platform team. Key Responsibilities • Turn business needs into xDM entities, validations and steward screens • Design and tune match/merge rules and survivorship • Integrate data with source systems (e.g. Salesforce, Fivetran, third-party providers) in both directions • Run Semarchy xDM and PostgreSQL across dev, QA, UAT and prod • Manage GitHub Actions pipelines, deployments, SSO, secrets and access Requirements • 3+ years hands-on Semarchy xDM, and 5+ years in data engineering or data platforms • Strong experience with matching algorithms (fuzzy, deterministic, blocking, thresholds, precision and recall) • Strong PostgreSQL and SQL, including replication and performance tuning • Cloud basics and CI/CD with GitHub Actions • Clear communication with non-technical users • Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) while checking the output yourself
