About the Role We are looking for an experienced MDM Solution Architect with strong Pharma domain expertise to lead enterprise Master Data Management strategy, architecture, and implementation initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise Master Data Management strategy, architecture, and implementation initiatives • Deliver end-to-end MDM implementations • Develop MDM solutions for Pharma datasets including HCP, HCO, Product, and Account data • Integrate MDM systems and ensure data quality • Apply AI/GenAI capabilities to data management Requirements • 10+ years of overall MDM experience • 4–5+ years of dedicated Pharma / Life Sciences domain experience • 6–7+ years of hands-on MDM experience • Strong expertise in Reltio, Informatica IDMC, or other MDM platforms • Experience delivering 1–2 end-to-end MDM implementations • Strong understanding of Pharma datasets, including HCP, HCO, Product, and Account data • Experience in MDM strategy, solution architecture, data quality, integration, and migration • Working knowledge of AI/GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, and intelligent entity resolution • Excellent client-facing communication and advisory skills • Willing to work onsite in New Jersey at least 2 days per week; relocation is mandatory for candidates currently based elsewhere in the US
