About the Role We are looking for a Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our team for building and construction projects. Key Responsibilities • Practical experience in HVAC or mechanical systems • Navisworks clash detection and coordination • LOD 400/500 modeling • Revit family creation and Dynamo scripting Requirements • 2+ years of relevant Mechanical/MEP BIM experience • Strong Revit MEP knowledge • Experience with international codes such as ASHRAE, NFPA and IPC • UK, USA or Gulf project experience preferred Benefits
