About the Role We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer to join our team in Dubai, UAE for a 12-month contract that is extendable. This role requires extensive experience in building high-performance enterprise-grade responsive web applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop reusable, testable, and modular components using React • Implement performance tuning, debugging, and application monitoring • Utilize AI-assisted development workflows and modern GenAI engineering practices • Apply AI-assisted coding tools such as Anthropic Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Google Gemini Requirements • Minimum 6 years of hands-on coding experience in Node.js and React.js (TypeScript) • Strong experience with HTML, Tailwind CSS, CSS pre-processors, or CSS-in-JS techniques • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in TypeScript • Experience in the Banking or Retail domain is mandatory • Proven track record of developing high-performance enterprise-grade applications
