About the Role We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building scalable applications using React JS and Node.js. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable React applications • Build and support backend services using Node.js • Develop new features and enhance existing applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Participate in code reviews and resolve technical issues Requirements • Strong expertise in React JS (60%) and Node.js (40%) • MERN Stack development experience • Frontend development and React ecosystem • REST API development and integration • JavaScript and modern web technologies • Troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization • Git, Agile methodologies, and code reviews • Strong communication and collaboration skills Important Note Candidate must be willing to convert to FTE payroll after 3 months.
