About the Role We are looking for an MFA / IAM Technical Lead to join our team, focusing on enterprise IT security and authentication technologies. Key Responsibilities • Support and enhance global authentication platforms • Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot complex incidents • Develop technical documentation, test plans, and test scripts Requirements • Strong experience with MFA and IAM technologies • Solid understanding of IT security, authentication, and access control • Experience with technical documentation, test plans, and test scripts • Knowledge of Postman and automated testing • Experience with enterprise-scale or global IT environments • Exposure to OpenText Advanced Authentication or similar platforms is a plus
