About the Role We are seeking an experienced MFT & Automation Engineer to join our team. This role involves managing and automating file transfer processes using IBM Sterling tools. Key Responsibilities • Troubleshoot Sterling business processes and system issues • Manage network connectivity, Cassandra, MQ, and ZooKeeper • Perform IBM Sterling installation, upgrades, and configuration • Utilize scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Shell • Provide 24/7 support and on-call duties Requirements • 8+ years of experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Integrator, Global Mailbox, and Control Center • Knowledge of Linux and Windows command-line • Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or Shell • SQL queries and BPML knowledge • Experience with GlobalScape and GoAnywhere MFT tools is a plus
