About the Role We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, test, and maintain agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio • Utilize Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder • Analyze user needs and translate them into digital solutions • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve errors in agents, flows, and configurations • Provide team-specific custom training and demonstrations at all organizational levels Requirements • Completed HBO education • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a municipal organization • Excellent command of the Dutch language in speech and writing • Minimum 2 years of experience with designing, building, testing, and maintaining agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder • Experience with analyzing user needs and translating them into digital solutions • Experience with analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving errors in agents, flows, and configurations • Minimum 2 years of experience with providing team-specific custom training and demonstrations at all organizational levels
