About the Role We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Copilot Tech Lead for a 12-month contract with potential for conversion to full-time employment. This role requires technical leadership and enterprise solution architecture expertise. Key Responsibilities • Lead technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions • Develop and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio • Design and implement integrations using REST APIs and Azure services • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members • Architect enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies Requirements • Master's degree required • 15+ years of experience in relevant technologies • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and RAG • Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, REST APIs, and integrations • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Functions • Knowledge of GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Jira
