About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Microsoft Power BI Developer to build enterprise-level BI solutions, develop interactive dashboards, and transform complex data into actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards • Build complex DAX measures, KPIs, and calculations • Develop optimized data models using Power Query (M) and SQL • Integrate data from SQL Server, Azure Data Services, Synapse, and Data Factory • Optimize report performance, refresh schedules, and data accuracy • Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and BI governance best practices • Collaborate with business stakeholders and mentor junior developers Requirements • 10+ years of BI / Data Analytics experience • 8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power BI development • Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling • ETL, data warehousing, dashboard optimization, and performance tuning • Power BI Service, Gateway, Workspaces, and Deployment Pipelines • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Good to Have • Microsoft Fabric • Azure / Power BI certifications • Python or R • Agile experience
