About the Role We are looking for a Microsoft Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Business Intelligence solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, and SQL. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and interactive visualizations • Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance • Integrate Power BI with Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, and other data sources • Mentor junior developers and support BI platform governance • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics • 8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power BI experience • Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M Language), Data Modeling, and SQL • Experience with SQL Server, Azure Data Services, Azure Synapse, and/or Azure Data Factory • Strong understanding of ETL processes and Data Warehousing • Knowledge of Power BI Service, Gateway, Workspaces, and Deployment Pipelines • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Preferred Skills • Microsoft Fabric • Azure and/or Power BI certifications • Python or R for advanced analytics • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Background in Banking, Financial Services, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Institutions
