About the Role We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, React, TypeScript, and AI-powered solutions. This role requires the ability to independently own projects end to end, communicate confidently with business stakeholders, and build modern AI-driven applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and .NET / Node.js / Python • Build and deploy Power Apps Code Apps using Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, and custom APIs • Develop Power Automate flows, AI agents, LLM-powered features, and MCP servers • Design REST APIs and integrate business applications with SQL/NoSQL databases • Handle requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and handover • Implement Git, CI/CD, ALM, and PAC CLI deployment practices • Use AI coding tools to improve development speed and software quality • Conduct demos and communicate technical solutions effectively to business stakeholders Requirements • 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience • Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript • Backend expertise in C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python • Strong experience with Power Apps Code Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse • Hands-on experience with AI agents or LLM-powered applications • Practical knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and MCP servers • REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, Git, and CI/CD • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
