About the Role Titan Technology is seeking an experienced Migration Lead to oversee the end-to-end data migration for an SAP ECC to Jaggaer Source-to-Pay implementation. This role requires strong SAP ECC procurement data expertise and proven experience managing complex ERP data migrations. Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end data migration workstream for SAP ECC to Jaggaer S2P implementation • Develop and execute ERP data migration strategy, planning, and delivery • Manage SAP ECC procurement process and data expertise • Handle Vendor Master, Material Master, purchasing documents, invoices, and related procurement data • Perform data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation • Conduct multiple mock migrations, data reconciliation, and defect resolution • Create cutover planning, runbooks, contingency plans, rollback procedures, and provide go-live support • Implement migration governance, quality controls, reporting, and audit-ready documentation • Manage stakeholder engagement, business workshops, data validation, and sign-offs • Oversee risk, issue, dependency, timeline, and deliverable management • Lead at least 2 end-to-end ERP or procurement data migration projects through go-live Requirements • 12+ years of experience in SAP ECC procurement data • Proven experience managing complex ERP data migrations from planning through cutover and go-live • Strong expertise in SAP ECC procurement processes and data • Experience with Vendor Master, Material Master, purchasing documents, invoices, and related procurement data • Proficiency in data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation • Experience with multiple mock migrations, data reconciliation, and defect resolution • Knowledge of cutover planning, runbooks, contingency plans, rollback procedures, and go-live support • Understanding of migration governance, quality controls, reporting, and audit-ready documentation • Stakeholder management, business workshops, data validation, and sign-offs skills • Risk, issue, dependency, timeline, and deliverable management experience • Proven experience leading at least 2 end-to-end ERP or procurement data migration projects through go-live
