About the Role We are seeking a Migration Lead to oversee the end-to-end data migration from SAP ECC to Jaggaer S2 platform. This role requires extensive experience in ERP data migration and leadership of complex migration projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end data migration from planning to go-live • Manage data assessment, profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transformation • Oversee mock migration cycles and data reconciliation • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and business validation • Manage migration risks, defects, dependencies, and timelines • Lead cutover planning, go-live readiness, and migration support • Coordinate with business, procurement, finance, and technical teams • Maintain migration documentation and progress reports Requirements • 12+ years of overall experience with strong ERP data migration expertise • Proven experience leading at least 2 end-to-end migration projects through go-live • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC procurement processes and data • Experience with vendor master, material master, purchase orders, and invoice data • Expertise in data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills • Willingness to travel to Kuwait for project activities
