About the Role We are seeking a Migration Lead to guide SAS to Databricks migration and modernization projects. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership experience. Key Responsibilities • Lead SAS-to-Databricks migration and modernization projects • Manage stakeholder relationships and client-facing interactions • Develop migration strategy and oversee data validation processes Requirements • 12–15+ years of experience with Base SAS, PROC SQL, SAS Macros, and batch processing • Proven leadership in SAS-to-Databricks migration projects • Expertise in Databricks on Azure or AWS • Strong knowledge of PySpark, Spark SQL, and Delta Lake • Experience with ETL, data warehousing, and migration governance • Knowledge of performance tuning and cloud data architecture
