About the Role We are seeking a Mobile Software Engineer to create challenging engineering tasks for evaluating advanced AI models. This role involves designing coding problems and building development environments to validate solutions. Key Responsibilities • Create realistic, challenging mobile software engineering tasks to evaluate advanced AI models • Design coding problems involving bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, application state, lifecycle management, and performance optimization • Develop tasks for Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift), or cross-platform applications • Build reproducible development environments and deterministic verifiers to validate solutions • Ensure verifiers accept valid implementations while rejecting incorrect, incomplete, or hard-coded solutions • Provide a high-quality reference solution for each task Requirements • Strong hands-on expertise in at least one mobile development track: Android, iOS, or cross-platform • Deep understanding of mobile architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, and application lifecycle • Proven experience debugging complex applications, fixing bugs, and optimizing performance • Minimum weekly submission requirements apply • Compensation is based on completed tasks that meet project specifications
