About the Role We are looking for a Mobile Software Engineer to create real-world mobile engineering tasks for advanced AI model evaluation and training. Key Responsibilities • Create mobile engineering tasks to evaluate and train advanced AI models • Develop challenges involving bug fixing, feature development, code refactoring, and performance optimization • Build coding tasks around application state management, lifecycle handling, and asynchronous programming • Work with React Native, Flutter, or native iOS and Android technologies • Create reproducible testing environments for each task • Develop deterministic verification systems to validate correct solutions • Provide high-quality reference solutions for coding challenges Requirements • Strong hands-on expertise in at least one mobile development track: Android, iOS, or Cross-Platform • Deep understanding of mobile architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, and application lifecycle • Proven ability to debug complex mobile applications and optimize performance • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design challenging, reproducible coding tasks • Output-based payment for tasks meeting project specifications with minimum weekly submission requirements
