About the Role Sira Consulting Inc is seeking an experienced MS SQL Technical Specialist to join their team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes and optimizing complex SQL queries. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers • Build and automate SSIS packages using SQL Server Agent • Work with Windows Scheduler and BAT file processing • Monitor and troubleshoot database and ETL performance • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality • Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders Requirements • Strong SQL Server and T-SQL expertise • SSIS and ETL development • Data Warehousing and Data Integration • SQL Query Performance Tuning • SQL Server Agent, Windows Scheduler, and BAT Files • Database technologies: SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL • Exposure to Informatica, Talend, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus • Scripting knowledge in Python, Shell, or C# is beneficial
