About the Role We are looking for a .Net Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining .NET applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor developers; set coding standards and ensure delivery quality • Act as Scrum Master: facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and maintain team velocity • Drive technical direction and align implementation to architecture and best practices • Design and develop POCs to validate approaches and de-risk delivery Requirements • 5+ years of experience with .NET technologies • Experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#, LINQ • Ability to lead and mentor developers • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum
