About the Role We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join our team at Enosys / Truist. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions using .NET technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions using .NET technologies • Develop customized code and perform software integration and solution configuration • Lead development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and production support • Design and maintain automated unit testing frameworks • Ensure application security, monitoring, and quality standards • Lead moderately complex projects and oversee small development teams • Troubleshoot complex technical and operational issues • Automate manual processes and reusable tasks to improve efficiency • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance • Collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle Requirements • 8–10 years of professional software development experience • Strong expertise in .NET and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) • Hands-on experience with software integration and solution configuration • Strong knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and functional testing • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Understanding of application security controls and production monitoring • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Prior experience leading, mentoring, or guiding development teams • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
