About the Role We are looking for a .Net Developer to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in software and application support. Key Responsibilities • Provide software and application support • Troubleshoot database issues across multiple platforms • Monitor and debug applications • Manage ticketing systems and support tools • Ensure 24x7 production environment support Requirements • 15+ years of experience in Software/Application Support or AMS roles • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and ITIL processes • Hands-on experience with .NET, Optimizely, and Azure • SQL and database troubleshooting skills (Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) • Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Azure DevOps • Knowledge of Unix/Linux or Windows servers • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) • Domain knowledge in eCommerce • DevOps exposure (CI/CD) • Experience supporting 24x7 production environments
