About the Role We are seeking a .NET Developer to join our team and contribute to enterprise-grade solutions. This role involves technical leadership, mentoring, and full-stack development in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities • Drive enterprise-grade .NET solutions from concept to deployment • Design, develop, and deliver scalable .NET applications • Modernize legacy systems by migrating applications from .NET Framework to .NET Core • Oversee full-stack development using .NET Core and Angular/React • Lead the development of secure, cloud-native applications using .NET Core and Azure • Lead database solution design and implementation with MS SQL • Oversee ETL process development and deployment using SSIS • Implement reporting solutions using SSRS • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and conduct code reviews Requirements • 12+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer • Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, and Web API development • Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience with SQL Server and relational database design • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns • Experience with RESTful services, microservices architecture, and cloud integration (Azure or AWS preferred) • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Git) • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
