About the Role We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join our team for a long-term contract at Short Hills, NJ. This role focuses on developing enterprise applications and integrating CRM solutions using Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and .NET Core • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements • Build and maintain CRM plugins, workflows, custom actions, and integrations • Develop and consume REST APIs and Web APIs for system integrations • Work with SQL Server for database development, queries, stored procedures, and data integration • Troubleshoot application and CRM-related issues and implement performance improvements • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers throughout the SDLC • Follow coding standards, source-control practices, and application security guidelines Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core • Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / MS CRM • Experience with ASP.NET, Web API, REST APIs, and integration development • Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM plugins, workflows, and customizations • Strong knowledge of SQL Server • Experience with Visual Studio, Git/Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices • Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SDLC • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
