About the Role We are seeking a .NET Developer to join our team. This role involves developing software solutions using Python and Power Platform tools, with a focus on creating containerized and distributed applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop software solutions using Python, .NET, Docker, and Nomad • Integrate enterprise applications and systems using APIs • Troubleshoot complex issues and prepare technical documentation • Engineer manual workflows into scalable, maintainable, and secure automated solutions • Develop workflows using Power Automate and other Power Platform tools • Optimize AI prompts, instructions, and grounding strategies • Use AI-assisted development for code generation, review, testing, and validation • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders on solution evaluation and adoption Requirements • 8+ years of experience with Python and .NET software development • 8+ years of experience with enterprise application and API integration • 5+ years of experience re-engineering manual workflows into automated systems • 5+ years of experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders on technical solution evaluation or adoption • 3+ years of experience developing workflows using Power Automate • 2+ years of experience developing and optimizing AI prompts, instructions, and grounding strategies • 2+ years of experience with AI-assisted development, including prompt-driven programming and validation
