About the Role We are looking for an experienced freelance .NET Developer who is not only technically strong but also willing to take the lead. Key Responsibilities • Make independent architectural choices • Provide technical direction • Take charge and leadership when needed within the team • Remain hands-on involved in development Requirements • Extensive experience with C# / .NET • Experience with software architecture and technical decision-making • Ability to independently take charge and involve colleagues in choices • Hands-on mentality • Fluent Dutch (mandatory requirement) The role requires hybrid working: the first two weeks will be 2 days per week on-site, with 1 day per week negotiable thereafter.
