About the Role We are looking for an experienced .NET Development Lead with strong hands-on development expertise and proven technical leadership skills to drive application development, modernization, integration, and production support initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead application design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support. • Drive development using C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and Angular. • Guide teams in designing scalable, maintainable application components and service integrations. • Lead modernization initiatives involving legacy Web Forms/MVC applications and modern .NET Core and Angular architectures. • Provide technical direction for solutions involving Apache Spark, InRule, Sybase, SQL, and MongoDB. • Establish coding standards, reusable components, security practices, logging, testing, and performance optimization. • Lead code reviews and technical design reviews. • Manage CI/CD pipelines using CloudBees and Jenkins. • Establish GitHub branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and merging practices. • Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams. • Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for critical production incidents. • Manage technical risks, dependencies, release planning, and deployment coordination. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and track development activities through Jira. • Mentor developers and improve engineering quality and delivery efficiency. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 10+ years of application development experience. • Proven experience leading technical deliverables and development teams. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
