About the Role We are looking for a .NET Enterprise Architect to lead a major digital transformation initiative, with a strong hands-on background in Microsoft .NET, Azure, DevOps, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. Key Responsibilities • Define enterprise architecture and digital transformation strategy for the Azure ecosystem • Design architectural blueprints for custom C#/.NET applications and integrations with Dynamics 365 and PowerApps • Lead architectural and code reviews for major .NET/Azure releases • Design and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Integrate Secure SDLC (S-SDLC) practices, including SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanning, and OWASP security controls • Establish UI/UX standards across Blazor, React, and Power Platform applications • Build hands-on PoCs using C#/.NET 8+ for complex integrations and emerging technologies • Mentor and guide senior developers on architecture, engineering best practices, and secure development • Establish architecture governance, standards, roadmaps, and technical documentation Requirements • 10+ years of IT experience • 5+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience • Strong full-stack .NET / C# background • Expert-level knowledge of .NET Core / .NET 8+ • Strong Azure experience — AKS, App Services, Azure Functions • Strong SQL/database experience and data visualization • Azure DevOps, CI/CD and IaC • Hands-on Dynamics 365 and PowerApps/Power Platform experience • Advanced Secure SDLC and identity governance knowledge • Strong architectural/code review experience • Experience mentoring senior engineering teams Preferred Certification • Azure Solutions Architect Expert OR • Power Platform Solution Architect
