About the Role We are looking for a .NET Full Stack Developer to join an Agile team focused on building healthcare applications. This role involves implementing new features while adhering to best coding development standards. Key Responsibilities • Build healthcare applications using .NET technologies • Implement new features in an Agile environment • Adhere to best coding development standards • Work with AWS services including Lambda and Step Functions • Integrate with databases using Entity Framework Core • Develop RESTful APIs and web services Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Software Development • Strong knowledge of AWS (Lambda, Step Functions) • Proficiency in .NET, Serverless Application Model (SAM), PostgreSQL • Experience with JavaScript, REACT, and unit testing • Healthcare industry knowledge of x12 and FHIR • Familiarity with Practice Management systems • Experience with C# Programming, VB, and .NET / ASP.NET Core • Knowledge of SaaS and Entity Framework Core • Understanding of component-based architecture • Experience with RESTful APIs and Web APIs • Proficiency with Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code • Experience with Git for source control and collaboration • Experience with SQL Server, CosmosDB/MongoDB • Knowledge of OOD & Design Patterns • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills • Experience with unit testing frameworks (nUnit, Moq, XUnit, etc.) • Experience with Web services • Excellent oral and written communication skills
