About the Role We are seeking an experienced .NET SQL Developer to lead backend and Agentic AI engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience building enterprise-grade, cloud-native solutions using .NET Core, Python/FastAPI, and Azure. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable enterprise solutions using .NET Core and Python/FastAPI • Lead backend and Agentic AI engineering development • Build and implement MCP-based automation across the SDLC • Develop cloud-native applications using Azure • Design microservices and event-driven architectures • Apply AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks • Leverage healthcare and EDI domain knowledge to deliver business solutions Requirements • 11+ years of experience in C# and .NET Core development • Advanced SQL Server skills • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Architecture • Experience with Agentic AI, MCP Automation, Claude Agent SDK, LangChain, and RAG • Strong experience in Microservices, DDD, CQRS, and Event-Driven Architecture • Healthcare domain and EDI experience
