About the Role We are seeking a .NET SQL Developer with expertise in Healthcare and EDI to join our team. This role involves developing enterprise platform solutions and backend systems using .NET Core and Python/FastAPI. Key Responsibilities • Lead backend engineering and Agentic AI system development • Build enterprise-grade cloud-native applications • Develop scalable backend solutions using .NET Core and Python/FastAPI • Implement MCP-based automation across the software development lifecycle • Design and develop microservices-based architectures • Support AI integration, RAG pipelines, and intelligent automation • Optimize SQL queries and database performance • Collaborate with healthcare and EDI teams to deliver enterprise solutions Requirements • 8–10+ years of experience delivering enterprise platform solutions • Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server • Strong SQL development, database design, and query optimization skills • Mandatory experience in Healthcare and EDI • Experience developing backend systems using .NET Core and Python/FastAPI • Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud architecture and CI/CD pipelines • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and MCP automation • Experience with Claude Agent SDK, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Context Management, and NLP • Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and Event-Driven Systems • Ability to design scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise solutions
