About the Role We are seeking a skilled Network Automation & AI Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise network spanning 7,650+ locations across the U.S., Mexico, and Brazil. This role focuses on automating network operations, improving reliability, implementing proactive monitoring, and leveraging AI and cloud technologies to enhance troubleshooting and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Develop automation solutions for network configuration, monitoring, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting • Integrate Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and enterprise monitoring APIs • Implement proactive monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated remediation solutions • Leverage AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for troubleshooting, incident analysis, and operational decision support • Analyze network telemetry, logs, alerts, and performance data to improve network visibility and reduce operational noise • Develop dashboards, network health monitoring, and exception-management solutions • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve network reliability and operational efficiency • Document automation solutions and provide knowledge transfer to internal engineering teams Requirements • 3–5 years of enterprise networking experience • Cisco Routing & Switching, Cisco SD-WAN, and Cisco Meraki • Strong networking fundamentals: WAN, LAN, WLAN, BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN • Python scripting and REST API integration • JSON, YAML, and Git • Ansible or similar network automation tools • Network monitoring, telemetry, SNMP, Syslog, and operational data analytics • Cloud networking and hybrid cloud architectures
