This role is critical due to recent team capacity constraints and growing operational demands. You will join a collaborative 5-person network team and focus on stability, incident resolution, and infrastructure support. 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Provide operational support across enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure • Support HP Aruba switching & wireless environments (ClearPass preferred) • Administer and troubleshoot Check Point firewalls & VPNs • Support Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM operations • Respond to fiber cuts and circuit outages • Support disaster recovery network connectivity • Assist with Azure ExpressRoute connectivity • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners • Participate in short-term onsite project work if required. 🎯 Required Qualifications ✔ Strong hands-on enterprise LAN/WAN support experience ✔ HP Aruba switching & wireless experience ✔ Exposure to Aruba ClearPass ✔ Check Point firewall & VPN administration ✔ Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM knowledge ✔ Ability to troubleshoot production issues under pressure ✔ Strong communication skills ⭐ Nice to Have • Juniper switching with BGP • Azure ExpressRoute • Healthcare / Health Plan experience
