About the Role We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team and design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure. This role requires strong Cisco networking expertise and the ability to support critical IT operations. Key Responsibilities • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, wireless networks, and firewalls • Support Cisco Catalyst Center and SolarWinds or similar network monitoring tools • Work with OSPF, BGP, and Multicast routing protocols • Support Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connection, and Webex • Manage IT incidents, service requests, ticket workflows, SLAs, and network documentation • Collaborate with IT teams, support projects, and maintain network reliability Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a related field • 5+ years of IT systems analysis and design experience • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking and network troubleshooting • Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center or similar network management platforms • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills • Preferred: CCNA certification and experience with Check Point or Palo Alto firewalls
