About the Role We are looking for an experienced Network Operations Manager with strong expertise in enterprise networking, network security, SD-WAN and data centre networking. Key Responsibilities • Design, deploy, manage and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN networks • Administer Palo Alto firewalls and optimise security policies • Implement and maintain VPN solutions and secure remote access • Design, monitor and optimise Cisco Meraki SD-WAN environments • Manage and troubleshoot Cisco ACI data centre networks • Perform network monitoring, root cause analysis, capacity planning and upgrades Requirements • Strong expertise in enterprise networking, network security, SD-WAN and data centre networking • Must-Have Skills: Enterprise LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP/RSTP, HSRP/VRRP, QoS), Palo Alto Firewall Administration, NAT, Security Policies and Threat Prevention, Prisma GlobalProtect, Remote Access VPN and Site-to-Site IPsec VPN, Cisco Meraki SD-WAN, Auto VPN, WAN Failover and Application-Aware Routing, Cisco ACI Data Centre Networking (Tenants, VRFs, Bridge Domains, EPGs, Contracts and L3Out) • Good-to-Have Skills: Palo Alto URL Filtering, WildFire and SSL Decryption, MFA Integration for Secure Remote Access, Network Monitoring Tools: SolarWinds, PRTG, Statseeker or similar, Network Capacity Planning, Performance Optimisation and Resiliency, Root Cause Analysis, Network Documentation and ITIL Processes
