About the Role We are looking for a skilled Network & Security Operations Engineer to join our team at Bevis Marks, London, UK. This role involves managing and supporting various network and security systems for a customer. Key Responsibilities • Manage and support firewalls, routers, switches, SD-WAN edges, and wireless access points • Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Ensure SLA compliance and reliable network operations • Maintain network configurations, firmware, and security standards • Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for technical support and break-fix activities • Maintain network documentation, asset inventories, and automated configuration backups Requirements • Strong experience in network and security operations • Hands-on expertise in firewalls, routers, switches, SD-WAN, and wireless technologies • Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and network maintenance • Must meet the required BPSS security requirements • Must be based in the UK and available to support customer operations
