About the Role We are seeking a Network Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, operate, automate, and continuously improve highly reliable enterprise network services supporting Manufacturing Operations across large Gulf Coast refinery and chemical manufacturing complexes. Key Responsibilities • Design, operate, automate, and continuously improve highly reliable enterprise network services • Improve availability, operational resilience, observability, and recovery while reducing manual effort • Support critical network services and Manufacturing Operations Requirements • Subject-matter expert for routing protocols, with a strong emphasis on BGP • Support and optimize SD-WAN environments, preferably using Versa • Manage Cisco Catalyst switching and Cisco Wireless infrastructure • Operate and troubleshoot enterprise firewall platforms, preferably Fortinet • Develop scripts and automation using Python, Ansible, and related tools • Understanding of APIs and system integration concepts • Ability to participate in the required on-call rotation • Familiarity with SRE practices, including service-level objectives, automation, observability, incident management, and continuous improvement • Experience integrating network platforms with enterprise monitoring, orchestration, or IT service management systems
